Sally Doyle-Linden

Partner, Chief Financial Officer

Sally is a partner and the CFO of Clearbell Capital LLP. She is the FCA Compliance Officer, the Money Laundering Reporting Officer and also a member of the Investment Committee. Her responsibilities also include investor relations. 

With over 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, she has strong technical and commercial expertise in all areas of treasury, taxation, finance and reporting. As well as in-depth knowledge of UK practices, she has broad experience of European and international markets.

From 2002 to 2007, Sally was Group Projects Director at Grosvenor Group Limited, a private international property group, which she joined in 2002. Here she was Finance Director of a listed entity in Luxembourg and provided financial consultancy and support to the international management teams. She was also a member of the Group Finance Board and Holding Company Executive.

Before Grosvenor, Sally worked at Wates City of London Properties plc, a publicly listed property company. Joining in 1987, she was responsible for all financial and treasury matters and raising in excess of £1 billion from banks, rights issues and joint venture partners. Sally played a key role in the £373 million takeover of Wates City in 2001 by Pillar Property PLC.

Sally began her career at Deloitte Haskins & Sells in London in 1982. She has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 1985. She holds a BA (Hons) in Chemistry from Wadham College, Oxford University.

Since 2016, Sally has been an active member of the British Property Federation Regulatory Committee, and in 2017 joined to Property Finance Forum steering committee.
