Tina is responsible for all HR matters, including supporting employees and advising the Board. Her role includes recruitment, people development, contracts and policy, as well as compensation and benefits. Prior to joining Clearbell in 2018, Tina worked for Egon Zehnder, a global executive search firm, as Head of Human Resources. Tina has a BSc Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth. She is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and has a postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.
