Tina Paul

Of course I believe the people are the best thing about Clearbell – they are my job! I am responsible for all HR matters, including supporting employees and advising the Board. My role includes recruitment, selection, contracts and policy, as well as payroll and employee benefits. Reworking the staff appraisal system away from a box-ticking exercise to one focused on personal development has been a highlight of my time so far.

Prior to joining Clearbell in 2018, I worked for Egon Zehnder, a global executive search firm, as Head of Human Resources.

I have a BSc Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Portsmouth. I am a Chartered Member of the CIPD and have a postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management.

I recently stepped down from my role for the past 6 years as a Non-Executive Director and Trustee of Quo Vadis Trust, a Mental Health Charity providing supported housing in South East London.

Out of hours I enjoy spending time with family and friends, and I love to travel. My goal is to see half the world in my lifetime. I am well on the way, but there is more to see, and to aid my travels I am currently learning Spanish.
