I work as a Consultant on development projects with Clearbell, having spent nine years as Development Director with the firm, where my responsibilities included developments in Scotland and the North of England. I have been closely involved with a number of projects over recent years, including the redevelopment and repositioning of the Riverwalk in Durham, the office development at 1 West Regent Street in Glasgow, the development of the Core Business Park in Aberdeen and a residential conversion in Edinburgh. West Regent street was a particular favourite.
Prior to joining Clearbell, I was Development Manager at Stewart Milne Developments, focusing on commercial development projects. At AWG Property I was Development Manager and before that an Associate Partner at Graham & Sibbald. My career began at Ryden where I was a Retail Agency Surveyor.
I have a master’s degree in History and Politics and a Diploma in Land Management, both from the University of Aberdeen.
I’d like to say my time out of work is spent on rugby and golf, but the reality is that doing up our newly-acquired 200-year-old house takes up a lot of time. I am also working on broadening my musical taste by attending as many concerts as I can with my ten year old. Next up, Little Mix!
