Manish Chande

Having worked in the real estate industry for over 35 years, I am extremely proud of the business my four Partners and I have built. I am a strong believer that as we spend so much of our time at work, the office should be a happy place that is fulfilling, encouraging and stimulating. I believe we are a great example to our diverse team, all working together to achieve a common goal and deliver an exceptional service for our investors and other stakeholders.

My career began in 1975, where I trained as a chartered accountant at Midgley Snelling & Co, before moving onto Deloitte, Haskin & Sells. I then moved into the real estate industry and have since then dedicated my career to real estate. My former roles include being CEO of Imry, CEO of Trillium, board director at Land Securities plc and CEO of Mountgrange Capital before launching Mountgrange Investment Management LLP in 2007 with my Partners.

I have been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales since 1980 and was elected a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) in 2008.

Outside of Clearbell, I also dedicate time to working as a Trustee of The London Clinic.

Although I’m not renowned for my ability to switch off, I very much enjoy my holidays with family to South East Asia and the South of France – always with my iPad in hand of course. A little-know fact about me? I was a vegetarian until my 18^th birthday, when I was forced to try a sausage and that changed it all…
