Alice oversees Clearbell’s Asset Management and Sustainability teams, ensuring the two are fully integrated. Along with management of the team, Alice manages a number of assets across all three funds and a separate account. Previously, Alice was a City Agent at Savills, before becoming an Asset Manager at Orchard Street Investment Management. She has a Masters in Engineering from the University of Edinburgh and a Masters in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
