Adam Wlodarczyk Black

Project Management Director

At Clearbell the Partners are involved in projects on a day to day basis, which I really value. I joined the business in 2019 and have ten years’ experience in the real estate industry. I am responsible for Project Management including the procurement and delivery of 65 Kingsway, Charles Darwin House and a number of projects for a separate fund. In addition to setting up the project management service, my role includes the procurement and delivery of capital projects along with improving the quality of the firm’s underwriting.

Having come from a large multidisciplinary consultancy it is refreshing to work for a smaller, more focused and dynamic real estate investment firm. It has given me useful insight into the investment side and I have enjoyed setting up the project management service and delivering a more focused service.

Before joining Clearbell I worked at Hollis, where I was responsible for the procurement and delivery of projects ranging from £500k to £30m for various clients. I also supported the partner of the team in the strategic management of the service. Prior to Hollis, I worked at Watts and Bruntwood. During my career I have delivered a number of major projects including the refurbishment of Westside, Hemel Hempstead and Voyager Place, Maidenhead.

I have a RICS accredited degree in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University. I am a full member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Association of Project Management (MAPM). I am also an APC assessor for the RICS.

I love to travel and explore new countries when I’m not working. I have travelled extensively in South America, Asia and Australasia. I’m also a keen skier and walker, and at home I play the guitar.
