That’s why we roll out tailored training programmes that keeps every team member up to speed on the latest regulatory requirements, industry issues and broader professional competencies.
We also offer summer internships to selected recent graduates who are looking for work experience before they embark on a career in real estate. A number of our past interns have continued their employment with us, in permanent roles within the firm.
