Sitting just north of London’s bustling Heathrow airport is Stockley Park, one of the UK’s premier business parks. Within it is the Bower office building. We completely re-visualised this 144k sq ft space in a joint venture to create a multi-let, flexible office space.
We were keen to address the lack of Grade-A office availability in the M25 / Thames Valley region. By focusing on energy efficiency in the redevelopment, we brought the property up to a BREEAM rating of ‘Excellent’ and an EPC ‘A’ rating.
The Bower follows a multi-let strategy, with suite sizes ranging from 7k sq ft to 100k sq ft. The new building offers excellent amenities, including a serviced co-working space and a café in the atrium. Flexible offices operator, Spaces, have leased the whole ground floor, enabling businesses to emerge and grow in this high-quality west London office building.
