Clearbell Property Partners II LP (Clearbell), a fund managed by Clearbell Capital LLP, announces a 75,000 sq ft letting in Sheffield in its Polaris industrial portfolio.

The fund has let 75,000 sq ft at its Davy Markham site, a 150,000 sq ft industrial asset, to Amber Precast on a 10-year lease. The warehouse is located in the Sheffield Parkway area of the city, near to the city centre and close to key transport links including the M1.

The asset is undergoing significant refurbishment at present. The building is currently seeing a new roof installed to enhance its energy efficiency and bolster its use as a heavy manufacturing site.

The Polaris portfolio was acquired in August 2015, with plans to reposition vacant assets and let remaining space. The portfolio now comprises 10 assets.
