The Riverwalk is set to welcome its latest leisure operator having signed Result Fitness, which is relocating from a smaller unit in The Riverwalk on North Road.

The new gym will be doubling in size and will allow its customers more space to work out, large fitness studio with over 90 classes a month and large luxurious changing rooms. 

The new gym, set to open before Christmas, will be completely refitted with new state of the art equipment including: multiple power racks and Olympic lifting stations, huge free weight area with several dumb bell racks and plate loaded equipment, large cardio zone and functional areas and astro turf sprint and prowler track.

The new and enhanced gym is a great addition to our line up at The Riverwalk, creating an all-day destination and facility for the local community.

The Riverwalk is a vibrant new shopping, dining and entertainment destination in Durham, with something for everyone. It is already home to some fantastic brands including ODEON Luxe and Cosy Club, and will be home to many more.

The Riverwalk is owned by Clearbell Property Partners II LP, a fund managed by Clearbell Capital LLP.
