Our story.

As a partnership and a team, our motivation is to continually improve our performance and the service we provide. Our pace, rhythm and energy push us forward.

Privately owned and with solid roots in UK real estate investment, our four partners have worked closely together since the launch of the first fund in 2007.

Supported by a highly skilled and driven team, we understand the property market inside out and rigorously strive to go above and beyond.

Culture club.

Launched in 2020 by our Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Champions, our Culture Club meets regularly to discuss a wide range of topics.

Running club.

One of the best ways to take a break from your desk, get some fresh air and spend time with your colleagues (and much more appealing when the sun is shining!).

Thursday socials.

A chance to relax over drinks and nibbles, our Thursday socials can extend to rounders in Hyde Park, treasure hunts and Christmas tree decorating parties.

Awareness days.

We acknowledge a range of awareness days, through creating collaborative playlists, gardening competitions, ‘Clearbelly’ social lunches and more.

Memberships

British Property Federation.

Since 2015, we have been a member of the British Property Federation, member organisation to work collaboratively with and support other members and national and local government on UK real estate issues.

GRESB Real Estate.

Since 2017, we have submitted to the Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB) to measure our ESG performance, consider emerging ESG themes and help us continuously improve.

INREV membership.

We’ve been a member of The European Association for Investors in Non-Listed Real Estate Vehicles (INREV) since 2015. This enables us to share and receive valuable research and market information with other members in our industry.

Planet Mark certified business.

We received Planet Mark Business Certification in 2023. Planet Mark will help us reduce our carbon footprint by at least 2.5% per year from 2025, and measure our office social value as part of our net zero journey.
